Oolong Tea

Oolong Tea, a semi-oxidized tea, comes from key regions such as Anxi (Fujian, for Tieguanyin), Wuyi Mountain (Fujian, for Da Hong Pao), and Taiwan (for Dongding Oolong). Its complex process includes withering, shaking (to control partial oxidation), fixing, rolling, and roasting. It has a smooth, layered flavor—mellow with a sweet lingering aftertaste, and aromas ranging from floral (Tieguanyin) to roasted (Da Hong Pao).​
