White Tea

White Tea is a lightly processed tea mainly produced in Fuding and Zhenghe, Fujian Province, China. Its production process relies on natural withering and low-temperature drying, without roasting or rolling—this keeps the tea’s original nutrients intact. It has a mild and clean flavor, with a subtle sweet aftertaste and a delicate “downy” aroma from the fine hairs on the tea leaves.
